TEACHING
I have a big passion for teaching,. I'm experienced teaching all ages from toddlers all the way up to adults.
I'm lucky to have learnt from amazing teachers and mentors (far too many to name). Growing up, I started assistant teaching at my local dance school, Little Bowden School of Dancing - Anne Swinfield. This is where I began my journey.
Whilst training at Northern School of Contemporary Dance, I assisted Saturday School and Co-Choreographed a groups pieces.
Since then, I have guest taught workshops at NSCD on the Cert(HE) and BA(hons) courses.
During my time as an apprentice dancer at Company Chameleon, I assisted the Chameleon Youth companies and Saturday Sessions.
I also had the amazing opportunity to teach professional class
I hold a current Enhanced DBS check and public liability insurance.
CONTEMPORARY DANCE KIDS CLASSES

Technique + Improvisation + creative tasks = lots of fun :)
This class is aimed at primary school ages. It is a fun and varied class; we play games, do technique class (standing and floor work), improvisation and creative tasks.
It's designed to work in small spaces.

ADULT BALLET

Beginner adult ballet
This class involves Ballet Barre, a bit of pilates and gentle stretch to finish. It's aimed at total beginners or those that hung up their dancing shoes many moons ago and would like to learn again.
It is designed to work in small spaces.

Some dancers may like working one on one because it means you get more individual feedback and can work at your own pace.
It's also good for very individual corrections and working on any goals you have - even if thats learning a specific trick.
